Resilient Synchronization Strategy for AC Microgrids Under Cyber Attacks

Although distributed control in microgrids is well known for reliability and scalability, the absence of a global monitoring entity makes it highly vulnerable to cyber attacks. Considering that detection attacks becomes fairly easy observers, well-planned set balanced attacks, commonly termed as stealth attack, can always bypass these observers with objectives being successfully met. In this letter, mitigation technique thus introduced remove attack on frequency input ac microgrids. The carried out using novel event-driven attack-resilient controller N cooperative grid-forming converters, which guarantees resilient synchronization up - 1 attacked units. Finally, resilience capabilities robustness proposed are discussed verified under various scenarios.
